Adult Vocational Day Program

The Surry-Yadkin Residential Gift Shop is located at 162 B. West Pine Street, Mount Airy, NC 27030

During the week, our clients attend a day program services for 5 hours a day to learn vocational skill building. In addition, our clients also participate in community outings. Community integration is a important part of our service. We participate in community outings frequently.

Intermediate Care Facilities

Surry-Yadkin Residential Services also operates two group homes that provide housing and active treatment to twelve (12) residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our group homes provide 24 hour treatment 7 days a week. Our staff provide supervision that is needed to ensure the safety and well being of our clients. Each resident has programs that teach them new skills to be more independent.
